Ricardo advises listed companies and investors in securities markets on matters involving corporate governance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and tender offers. Ricardo has extensive experience with Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) and São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) regulatory requirements, as well as representing companies, directors, officers and investors in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Council of Appels of the National Financial System.
