Previous work experience: former adviser to the judicatory reform programme in Peru, sponsored by the United Nations (from 1997 to 2000); consultant at PNUD, BID and OIT regarding labour, constitutional and judiciary issues (1997–2000). Member of the Peruvian Society of Labour Law and Social Security. Former director of the master's degree programme in finance and corporate law, ESAN Graduate School of Business (2011–2012); professor of labour taxation, disengagement strategies and trade union relationships at ESAN University.
