Biography
Ricardo E Vieira Coelho joined Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 1985 and has been a partner since 1996. He has significant experience in corporate law, project finance, asset finance, foreign trade, public-private partnerships, capital markets (equity and debt securities), credit facilities, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, oil and gas, energy, maritime law, ethanol and biofuels, transportation, aviation and insurance industries. Coelho obtained his bachelor’s degree from Cândido Mendes University (1988) and worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, New York, USA (1995–1996). He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French (good knowledge) and Spanish.
