Educated at the University of Lima, School of Law; International MBA – English Track IE Business School. Madrid, Spain (2016); visiting professor of the master’s in corporate law programme at the University of Piura Law School (2017 to present). Previous work experience: Estudio Olaechea (2010–2017) – senior associate in the M&A, corporate law and regulatory departments; PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC Peru) (2007–2010) – lawyer in the M&A and corporate law departments. Fluent in Spanish and English. Practice areas: corporate law, M&A.
