Biography
Reinaldo Ravelli joined the firm in 2005, and his practice is focused on tax advisory. He received a master of laws degree (LLM) from the Northwestern School of Law in 2011. He worked at the Amsterdam office of Baker & McKenzie in 2012, in the international tax practice group.
Mr Ravelli works with tax advisory for Foreign Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganisations, financial transactions, investment funds, real estate transactions and project financing.
