Biography
Ramón Vidurrizaga leads our corporate and commercial, and litigation & arbitration groups. He counsels companies on corporate, societal, and financial matters, as well as on private contracting and arbitrations.
He assists companies in commercial and financial operations, participates in bank merger operations and the acquisition of companies as part of the legal team representing foreign partnerships, structuring legal instruments such as contracts, guarantees, and bond issuances. He represents and sponsors companies in litigations and arbitrations related to matters of contracting and liability.
Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (1995). Professor of civil law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School. Memberships: Callao Bar Association and Asociación Civil Themis – Journal of Law. Languages: Spanish and English.
