Biography
Rafael Calabria is a partner in BMA’s corporate law practice area. His practice focuses on M&A transactions, general corporate matters and public companies regulation.
He has handled acquisitions and divestitures by domestic and international companies doing business in a variety of sectors, such as telecommunications, finance, energy, chemicals and technology.
Rafael has served as assistant to the Commissioners of the CVM, the Brazilian securities and exchange commission (2001–2003).
Rafael is recommended in respected legal directories such as Latin Lawyer and Análise Advocacia.
Education: specialisation course in business law, IBMEC.
Languages: Portuguese, English.
