Biography
Priscila has been a senior partner at Martinelli Advogados since 2016, she joined the firm in 1997, in tax litigation. She advises clients on complex tax matters related to taxation of companies, corporate reorganisations and business activities. Her clients include Brazilian corporations and multinational companies in a variety of sectors. Due to her strong experience in court proceedings in various states in Brazil, she currently manages the regional practice group for tax litigation in Santa Catarina.
Priscila is a highly skilled professional engaged in several important and leading tax discussions before the Supreme and superior courts, with significant results. Priscila has a postgraduate course in tax law by the FGV/SP and is also a member of the board of the Martinelli Solidarity Institute, performing strategic coordination in the activities of the social arm of the firm.
Priscila holds an LLB degree in law from Pontifical Catholic University RS (1996), a postgraduate degree in tax law from Federal Magistrates School, LLM in tax law from FGV/RJ.
Proficient in Portuguese and English.
