Biography
Plínio Simões Barbosa is one of BMA’s founding and naming partners. He has a diversified corporate practice, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation, joint ventures, investments and projects, particularly in infrastructure and real estate. Plínio is highly experienced in large family businesses and in business succession. He is very active in national and international arbitrations in his areas of practice, particularly corporate and infrastructure.
Plínio is recognised as a strategist, with great vision and business knowledge, and is often called on to guide the positioning and the solution of critical situations in the lives of companies and entrepreneurs.
