Biography
A specialist in M&A, Pedro represents domestic and foreign clients in matters related to healthcare, agribusiness, private equity and inbound investments. He also advises state-owned companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
Pedro is a former president of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Agribusiness Committee, a role he held from 2013 to 2015. Currently, he is an adjunct professor of corporate law at the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper).
