Biography
Partner. Member of the corporate/M&A group and leading partner of the competition, compliance, and corporate governance departments. He specialises in local and international M&A, corporate governance and in corporate and finance restructurings.
Pedro has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica; holds an LLM CJ from New York University; a Corporate Governance Diploma in Practising Law from the Institute of New York; an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica; an Audit Committees Diploma, and a corporate governance diploma from Harvard University Business School; and an antitrust diploma from Pontificia Universidad Católica.
He sits in the board of general fund manager AGF QUEST; Viña Valdivieso, and Artel SA. He is co-chair of the corporate governance committee of the Chilean American Chambers of Commerce; member of the Regulatory and Corporate Law Advisory Council from Universidad del Desarrollo; and of the Legal Committee of the Chile UK Chamber of Commerce.
