Biography

Pedro García Morales has provided advisory services in banking and finance, project finance and capital market transactions to both local and international financial institutions.

He has advised the government of Chile in the placement of sovereign bonds, has led a large number of infrastructure and energy project finance transactions, and has advised Chilean issuers and bond dealer banks both in Chile and abroad. He has also been involved in large debt restructuring processes and in M&A transactions.

Pedro is a lecturer in economic and business law at Pontificia Catholic University of Chile, his alma mater, an earned an LLM degree at Duke University. He has been appointed as member of the arbitration panel of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, Chile’s most prestigious arbitration centre.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
