Pedro Costa is a highly experienced litigator, with more than 20 years of both national and international litigation and arbitration experience. His practice is focused on complex disputes involving corporate law, contracts (ie, infrastructure, insurance, mining, hospitality) and commercial issues.
Pedro provides sophisticated, creative and intensive advice in pre-litigation scenarios and all stages of an arbitral and court proceeding. With great experience in the areas of corporate law, contract matters and commercial disputes, as well as in family law and succession issues.
He is a member on the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (Cbar).
In addition to his law practice, Pedro was part of BMA's Executive Committee from 2016 to 2020 and is now a member of BMA’s Director Committee as head of the Dispute Resolution practice.
