Biography
Pedro is partner and director of the intellectual property, life sciences and data privacy departments.
He has developed his career as counsellor of several local and foreign companies, representing them in several litigation matters. His advisory has been praised by his client, both locally and overseas.
Pedro's experience includes all IP and vegetable varieties matters, for Obtaining and Enforcement of these rights. He has also participated in the negotiation of dispute resolution, been widely recognised in this matter.
Pedro has supported several enterprises on data privacy matters. Currently, he is leading the process of adapting several companies to the new Data Privacy Law in Ecuador.
He is recognised as leading important recall processes in Regulatory matters, in defence of his clients.
Pedro has been a recurring guest speaker for several organisations, such as the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce, World Compliance Association and several universities.
