Partner of Demarest's mergers and acquisitions area, Paulo Frank Coelho da Rocha holds a master's degree (LLM) in corporate law from New York University School of Law and worked for two years as a foreign associate in New York. He specialises in corporate law and corporate governance and has been listed frequently as a “leading lawyer in his field” by the IFLR1000, Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Who's Who Legal, LACCA, Leaders League, Latin Lawyer 250 and Análise Advocacia 500.
