Biography
Paula is an expert in corporate law and regulatory issues (Brazilian Securities Comission – CVM and Brazilian Stock Exchange - B3) focused on listed companies. With an extensive background in public offerings (public distributions and tender offer procedures) and M&As involving public held companies, and the consequent assistance in the day-to-day activities of this kind of companies, Paula built a strong expertise in all periodic regulatory and corporate matters, as shareholders meetings and remote voting, Reference Form (Formulário de Referência), Governance Form (Informe CBGC), relationship and communication with company’s stakeholders, obligations of the special listing segments of B3 and best practices in corporate governance, as well as experience in extraordinary matters as corporate restructurings, material facts, responses to CVM and B3 communications, and defences of punitive administrative proceedings at CVM.
She graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 2003. Fluent in English.
