Biography
Patricio Martin is a partner in the corporate departments.
His practice focuses on corporate and banking law, capital markets and M&A. He has worked in the corporate structuring of local and international companies. He has broad experience in the field of capital markets providing advice on the issuance of bonds and IPOs. Patricio has advised several companies that belong to Grupo Corporación América in financial transactions in Armenia, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
He worked as departmental head in the Enforcement Division of the National Securities Commission; and between 1998 and 2000, he was the head of Legal Affairs of the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior.
He has completed training courses at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a professor in the commercial law master’s programme at Universidad Austral, where he teaches banking and company law and at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
