Pablo Torretta is a partner of the firm and the head of the financial and foreign exchange regulation department. He focuses his practice on the areas of financial and exchange regulation, banking law, international trade, debt restructuring and project financing. He obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1994. In 1998, he obtained a postgraduate degree in banking administration from the University of CEMA. He has also received other postgraduate degrees in banking law and financial law from academies both from Argentina and abroad.
