Pablo Gayol focuses on international trade, M&A, capital markets and derivative regulations. In the antidumping field he has worked in several investigations, including the investigation against Chinese footwear, one of the lengthiest and most complex investigations in the last decade, in which he successfully represented most of the major international brands and many Chinese manufacturers. He has also participated in the acquisition of companies. In addition, he has advised on the structuring of start-ups. Within the financial field, he regularly advises local and international financial institutions, brokers and companies on derivative contracts, capital market regulations and complex financial transactions.
Pablo is professor of antidumping and quantitative restrictions at Universidad de San Andrés and Professor of Derivatives Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and CEMA University.
