Biography
Otávio has great experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, commercial contracts and corporate matters, advising Brazilian and international companies on domestic and cross-border transactions.
He graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 2003; has a master’s in history of law from the same university, 2010; specialised in corporate law from Insper, 2011.
