Biography
Oscar is a partner at the firm and has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and regulatory matters, representing developers, lenders, sponsors, contractors, investors and other project participants in relation to the development, financing, construction and operation of a wide range of complex capital-intensive projects in Mexico and abroad including projects in the energy, power, oil and gas, liquefied natural gas and water sectors and public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects.
He counsels domestic and foreign clients in all phases of projects, including structuring, contract negotiation, financing and post-financing matters, including restructurings and acquisitions. His experience includes financings that involve the participation of multilateral and export credit agencies.
Oscar obtained a law degree (JD equivalent) with honours (cum laude) from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.
