Biography
Nardi brings over 25 years of experience advising banks through a mixture of in-house and private practice roles, focusing on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. Before joining Santos Neto, Nardi spent over nine years as an in-house legal director at ABN AMRO. Prior to that, he worked for the local branch of South African finance group Standard Bank for three years. Those in-house roles followed on from 11 years at Linklaters’ São Paulo office, where Nardi held managing associate and foreign associate roles.
