Biography
Nicolás, lawyer, has been the senior partner of the firm for more than 20 years. He specialises in banking and finance law as well as in corporate and M&A transactions. He has advised local and multinational companies in the most complex and relevant transactions in the country and is specially recognised for his negotiation and complex problem-solving skills.
Recognised among the top 10 most influential people in Uruguay by MERCO both in 2020 and 2021.
Chosen as “Best Business Lawyer: The Client’s Choice” / “Business Lawyer of the Year” in Uruguay by the UK publication Chambers Global – The World’s Leading Lawyers 2002–2003.
