Natalia Rauchberger is a partner within the banking and finance practice at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. She specialises in domestic and international financial transactions, including project finance transactions and debt restructurings, advising banks, investment funds and borrowing companies, both local and foreign.
Her most recent work includes 1,400 million yuan term loan facility by China Development Bank to Telecom Argentina; advising creditors in Vicentín Paraguay’s US$20 million debt restructuring; advising Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo in the accession by Neutrona Argentina to a US$201 million term loan credit agreement; Ternium Brasil’s US$500 million syndicated loan facility; Ternium Mexico’s US$1 billion syndicated loan facility; and Raízen Combustíveis’s US$850 million syndicated loan facility.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (1998–2013) and a foreign associate with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (2002–2003).
