Biography

Nadia is a labour and employment lawyer who, as of 2012, leads Mundie's labour practice team. She assists clients in implementing best practices for hiring foreign and domestic employees, drafting employment agreements, implementing remuneration packages, profit-sharing arrangements, enforcing the LGPD's labour provisions, preventing discrimination, bullying, and harassment, and resolving complex litigation matters. Nadia holds a master's degree in labour law and a PhD in labour law from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is the author of several books and articles, including: Labour Reform: Questions and Answers, LTr 2019; Labour Reform in Debate, LTr 2018; Labour Immigration, LTr 2014; and 4. Health and Safety in the Workplace, LTr 2011. Additionally, she is an active member of numerous associations and is a member of the Academia Paulista de Direito do Trabalho. She is proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
