Biography
Moshe Sendacz, founding partner of the firm, engages activities in several areas of law, mainly in the area of M&A, providing legal assistance to national and international companies on complex and important transactions in a range of sectors, such as pharmaceutical, communications and telecommunication, food industry, retail, services, technology and others. He further engages activities in the corporate and capital markets areas in the provision of legal assistance to publicly held companies and in their representation before the Brazilian Securities Commission, with extensive experience in structuring and drafting high complexity contracts. Moshe Sendacz is highly regarded and a pioneer in the sector of telecommunications in Brazil.
Received his LLB from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo, a master’s equivalent from the University of São Paulo and his MCJ from New York University.
Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association, the Brazilian Bar Association and the IBA.
