Milena has worked extensively on corporate transactions, contract negotiations, M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, compliance, succession and estate planning, corporate governance issues, incorporation of joint ventures operating in national and international commercial transactions, and transactions regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil. She is highly experienced in the IT, education, healthcare, and services industries. She has also gained experience in advising fintech companies. She is a graduate of FMU/SP with an LLB in law and holds a certificate in leadership in law firms from Harvard Law School. Milena is also working towards a master’s degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in business law and was a graduate student at Insper.
