Head of our regulatory and energy and infrastructure practices, Michelle specialises in energy law, financial law, securities, financial and banking regulation, corporate law, legal engineering and contracts.
She is coordinator of the Regulation Table of the Dominican Association of Fintech Companies (ADOFINTECH) and Chair of the Public and Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Association for the Promotion of Renewable Energies (ASOFER). In addition, she is a member of the Energy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic (AMCHAMRD) and of the Energy and Economy and Sustainable Development commissions for the Asociación Nacional de Jóvenes Empresarios (ANJE).
Michelle graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2005); has a master’s in civil law from Université Panthéon-Assas París II, Paris, France (2007); and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Barna Business School, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2015).
