Mauro Hiane de Moura focuses his practice on complex administrative and judicial litigation – especially in matters of administrative and constitutional law, regulated industries, concession agreements, public tenders and public contracts.
Between 2003 and 2004, Mauro attended the LLM programme of The University of Chicago – and attended, among others, the constitutional law course taught by Barack Obama and the administrative law course taught by Cass Sunstein. Afterwards, he continued his education with postgraduation programmes in economics and with a research-based LLM, focused on administrative law.
In his activities, he allies a solid academic background to a wide practical experience. Clients value the combination of analytic precision, empirical knowledge and strategic reasoning offered by him.
