Biography
Born in Mexico City, Mexico. Educated at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) (JD, 2005). Mr Serralde specialises in antitrust and competition law, actively participates in all types of cases before the competition authorities, from pre-merger filings, to investigations, administrative procedures, constitutional proceedings, as well as leniency applications. He also devotes substantial time in advisory and compliance to clients with Mexican competition legal framework with respect to their operations. Mauricio has participated in some of the most relevant and sophisticated cases before the antitrust authorities.
