Biography
Maurício Fabbri is a partner in the area of litigation and arbitration at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents foreign and domestic clients in strategic lawsuits, arbitrations and negotiations. He practises in discussions related to corporate law, buying and sale of corporate participations and corporate contracts in general. He also works in digital law, such as digital marketing, media and privacy, digital banking and fintechs, data protection and online dispute resolution.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialist degree in civil proceeding, also from PUC-SP, a specialist degree in abritration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a master’s (LLM) from King's College University of London.
Maurício is adviser at Tribunal de Ética e Disciplina da OAB/SP and a member of the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr).
