He specialises in project development, construction, regulatory and permitting, acquisition and sale of real estate projects and AAA Class buildings, environmental regulatory and transactional matters, and environmental disputes.
Martín has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica; holds an LLM and a master’s in public policy from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor; was an adviser and chief of staff of the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and CEO of Chilean environmental consultant Sustentable.
He is President of the Vivienda and Techo-Chile Foundation, member of the board of the Moreau Foundation, and in the academic field, co-director of the real estate law and business diploma at Universidad Católica School of Law and professor at the urban planning master’s at the Architecture School in the same university.
