Biography
Martín has experience in capital markets, M&A and corporate finance.
He has represented buyers and sellers in M&A transactions in a wide variety of sectors, including transactions involving publicly traded companies and in highly regulated industries such as the infrastructure, energy, finance and real estate industry.
He regularly represents issuers and underwriters on equity transactions, equity-structured transactions (FIBRAs, CERPIs and CKDs), multi-offering programmes, equity and debt tender offers and complex multi-financing structures involving the issuance of project/structured bonds in Mexico and the international markets.
