Mario Pasco specialises in advising companies on labour issues.
He counsels companies on contracting national and foreign personnel, social security issues, labour costs reduction, compensations planning, termination of work, as well as on inspection and audit processes, on administrative and judicial procedures related to his specialty.
Mario has been appointed Secretary of Trust of the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court. He chairs the Labour Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, of which he has also been director, and has been professor of collective labour law at Universidad del Pacífico.
