Biography
Marina Aidar has vast experience in secured and unsecured loans, advising banks and companies in complex deals including cross-border loans, project finance in regulated sectors and issue of debt instruments in the capital market. Previously, she was legal counsel at Petra Energia and before that she worked for eight years at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados. Marina also participated in project finance deals in Africa as foreign associate at Trinity International LLP in London.
Bachelor's degree in law from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo. Postgraduate course in administrative law from Escola de Direito da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo. Law master’s in international financial law from King’s College London. Fluent in English and advanced knowledge of German.
