Biography
Educated at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (1996). Partner at our tax and customs practice area and specialises in tax law.
She has significant experience in tax planning; she advises local and foreign companies on project finance, debt and equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions and general corporate and financial transactions. President of the Tax Committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE) she also served on the board of directors of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), where currently she is vice president. Additionally, she is a representative of Peru in the IFA board of directors of American (LATAM IFA).
Finally, her report in the Peruvian chapter of “International tax avoidance and tax treaties: application of anti-avoidance provisions” was published in Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International.
