Biography
Mariella de la Torre specialises in tax consulting and fiscal planning with a focus on the extractive industries. She counsels on fiscal planning during the audit procedures and tax contested procedures before the Tax Administration and the Judiciary.
She provides tax advisory to mining companies under exploration, by pre-operational or operational stages, as well as fishing companies by assisting in the different regimes and fiscal benefits that are applicable to them.
