Biography
María Luisa Petricioli Castellón is a founding partner of the firm. Her practice has been centered for more than 20 years on the areas of corporate law, mercantile law, finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking, securities and corporate finance.
María Luisa Petricioli obtained her law degree at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 1999. She also obtained her master’s degree in international and comparative law from Georgetown University in 2001. She also participated in the programme of international associates of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York office from 2004 to 2005.
