Biography
María Laura Lede Pizzurno is a partner within the public law and business regulation and the energy and natural resources practices at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno.
She specialises in administrative, mining and environmental law. She regularly advises local and foreign companies acting in regulated industries, with a strong focus in the natural resources, infrastructure and life sciences sectors.
She also has vast experience in project finance transactions, complex regulatory issues and administrative proceedings, including major public biddings, the negotiation of administrative agreements and public–private partnerships.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, she was a founding partner of Holt Abogados, heading the administrative law and economic regulation practice area (2008–2017) and a junior partner at Estudio Beccar Varela (1999–2008). She also served as an adviser for six years to the Secretariats of Public Works and Economic Programming of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works of the Argentine government.
