Maria Cristina Cescon is a partner in the areas of corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
She represents foreign and domestic clients in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, sale of assets and joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy.
She holds a degree in law from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo.
