Biography
Maria Machado has vast experience in the financial and capital markets, advising financial institutions and issuers on public offerings of securities, financing operations, including project financing and acquisition financing, as well as quasi-equity and equity transactions, and M&A.
She holds a bachelor of laws degree (2004), a master’s degree (2008) from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School (2009).
