Maria Amélia Lisbão Senra is a partner of the M&A and banking and finance practices of the firm and has built a strong track record assisting national and international financial institutions, large corporations, private equity funds and multilateral agencies, in strategic corporate and financing deals, with notable mandates in the banking and financial industry, healthcare and consumer care, entertainment and energy businesses.
