Biography
Marcos Chaves Ladeira advises domestic and international clients in the most varied industries, not only on the structuring of M&A deals but also on the routine advice required by corporate practice. Marcos also has an outstanding practice in corporate litigation and in the structuring of estate planning for individual clients.
He holds a bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialisation degree (certificate) in business administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He worked as a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP and he is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and German.
