Marcos, lawyer, mainly works in the corporate/M&A and banking department. He is a professor of the graduate courses of banking law and securities regulation at the Law School of the University of Montevideo. He has been invited as a professor of the legal clinic course on antitrust of the Law School of the University of Montevideo.
He holds a master of laws (LLM) in securities market and finance regulation at Georgetown University Law Center (2009) – (Washington, DC, USA). His experience includes participation in financing transactions, public and private securities offerings, banking transactions in general, mergers and acquisitions and antritrust.
He has been recognised by international publications such as Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and Euromoney for his performance in corporate law – mergers & acquisitions and banking and finance.
