Biography
Marco has wide experience in corporate law and contracts, representing clients in merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, including consolidation, spin-off, incorporation of shares and corporate disputes.
He graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 2000; master's in commercial law from the same university, 2008.
