Biography
Marcelo specialises in corporate law and capital markets and has been involved in relevant M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and transactions involving publicly held companies. Marcelo’s work also includes private equity investments and the representation of market participants before the CVM (Securities Commission). He was a professor of business law at IBMEC-RJ (2014-2017) and served as an international associate at White & Case LLP in New York.
Academically, he holds a degree in law from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro) and a master's in business law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
