Marcelo’s practice focuses on domestic and international finance, capital markets and structured finance transactions. His experience includes securitisation of receivables, lending, acquisition finance and project finance transactions, public and private issuances of debt securities and fund formation. He represents financial institutions, development banks, multilateral agencies, investors, portfolio managers, issuers, borrowers, and sponsors in a broad range of investment funds transactions, securitisation, debt issuances, lending and infrastructure-related projects. Marcelo has also extensive knowledge and experience in advising portfolio managers, distressed funds, and financial institutions in organising investments through investments vehicles, fundraising and in the acquisition and disposal of distressed assets, including non-performing loans, real property and other distressed assets.
