Biography
Partner at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría since 2019. Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and joined the banking, financial and capital market team of PPU back in 2007. Her professional practice focuses on different types of financing, infrastructure projects, capital markets and insurance matters. She has represented various lenders, both domestic and foreign, and borrowers and sponsors, in the financing of mining, infrastructure and energy projects (hydroelectric, solar and wind energy projects) and desalination plants. In addition, she has vast experience in syndicated loans and in advising underwriters and issuers of shares and bonds under the 144A / Reg S Regulation by Chilean companies abroad.
In recent years she has been distinguished by Chambers and Partners as an associate to watch in the banking and finance category, by The Legal 500 as a Next Generation Lawyer in the banking and finance category and in 2018 was recognised as “Best banking and finance rising star in Latin America” by Euromoney Legal Media Group (LMG) America’s Rising Stars Awards.
