Biography
Partner in Demarest’s real estate area, Marc Stalder earned a specialisation in real estate registry law from PUC-MG, in business law from FMU and a bachelor of laws from FMU. He has more than 15 years of experience in structuring different types of real estate projects, as well as in the preparation and review of drafts and negotiations for land acquisition and commercialisation of units. He has worked in negotiations and post-delivery legal counselling for more than 100 developments, including distribution centres, diversified uses, social interests, consortium operations, infrastructure projects, built to suit and sale leaseback, in various states. He lectures in short courses and specialisations in the areas of real estate contracts, real estate litigation, notarial and registry law.
