Founding partner. His professional activity covers different areas within private law (civil and commercial); focusing, in particular, on corporate structuring of projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A); planning and implementation of corporate structures, portfolio assignments, exchange and combinations of various legal businesses and coordination of due diligence processes; negotiations, regulatory and securities market issues in general counsel in civil and commercial law and contracting.
His broad experience also includes civil negotiations and partitions between family groups and estate planning; promotion and structuring of real estate transactions and construction of private and public civil works.
He is the founder and President of ASOPICA, AC.(www.aspica.org), as well as a member of the Executive Committee, as founder and director, of WidúLegal (www.widulegal.com).
